How should the plastic double pipe clamp be installed?
As we all know, pipe clamps have the characteristics of density, flexural strength, impact toughness, compressive strength, elastic modulus, tensile strength, temperature resistance and color. They are mainly used in the following ranges:
The light pipe clamp is suitable for ordinary mechanical pressure pipes of 6 sizes, with an outer diameter of 6-57mm.
The plastic double pipe clamp is suitable for five sizes of mechanical pressure pipes with an outer diameter of 6-42mm.
Heavy duty pipe clamps are suitable for 8 sizes and 8-273mm outer diameter high mechanical pressure pipes.

Before assembly on the welding plate, in order to better determine the direction of the duplex pipe clamp, it is recommended to mark the fixed position first, then weld, insert the lower half of the pipe clamp body, and place the pipe to be fixed. Install the pipe clamp body and the other half of the cover plate and tighten them. Do not weld the base plate directly with installed pipe clamps. On the ground guide rail, the guide rail can be welded to the foundation or fixed with screws. Then push the rail nut into the rail and turn it 90 degrees. Insert the lower half of the pipe clamp into the nut and put in the pipe to be fixed, then put the upper half of the duplex pipe clamp and the cover plate in and fix it with screws. The guide rail can be stacked and assembled, and can be welded on the foundation or fixed with screws. First install the lower half of the duplex pipe clamp, then the upper half of the pipe clamp, fix it with screws, and prevent it from rotating by locking the cover plate. Then install the two clamps in the same manner as above. When assembling the elbow, the assembly of the elbow shall be directly fixed at the front and rear of the elbow with pipe clamps. It is recommended that such support points should be fixed.
