How to install light pipe clamps?
Before installing the light pipe clamp device on the welding plate, in order to well determine the direction of the light pipe clamp, it is recommended to mark the fixing position first, then weld, insert the lower half of the light pipe clamp body and place the pipe to be fixed. Install the pipe clamp body and the other half of the cover plate and tighten them. Do not weld the base plate directly with installed pipe clamps.
On the ground guide rail, the guide rail can be welded to the foundation or fixed with screws. Then push the rail nut into the rail and turn it 90 degrees. Insert the lower half of the light pipe clamp into the nut and put in the pipe to be fixed, then put the upper half of the pipe clamp and the cover plate in and fix it with screws.

When the equipment is folded, the guide rail can be welded on the foundation or fixed with screws. First install the lower half of the light pipe clamp, then install the upper half of the pipe clamp, fix it with screws, and avoid its deformation by locking the cover plate. Then install the two clamps in the same manner as above.
When bending, the light pipe clamp shall be directly fixed at the front and rear of the elbow with the light pipe clamp. It is said that this support point should be fixed.
