Before assembly on the welding plate, in order to better determine the direction of the clamp, it is recommended to mark the fixed position on the lower half of the clamp plate, then weld, and then install the pipe to be fixed. Then put on the other half of the pipe clamp body and the cover plate and tighten it with screws. Do not directly weld the bottom plate with pipe clamp installed. On the ground mounted guide rail, the guide rail can be welded on the base or fixed with screws. Then push the guide rail nut onto the guide rail and turn it 90 degrees. Insert the lower half of the pipe clamp into the nut and place it on the pipe to be fixed. Then fix the upper half of the pipe clamp and the cover plate, and then fix it with screws. For the folding assembly, the guide rail can be welded on the base or fixed with screws. First install the upper and lower half of the pipe clamp, place the pipe to be fixed on the upper half of the pipe clamp, and then fix the upper half with screws to prevent it from rotating through the anti loosening cover plate. Then install the two pipe clamps as described above.
