U-shaped pipe clamp: the main equipment used is forging press and CNC machine tool equipment. First, high-quality carbon steel shall be selected. After baking to a certain extent, it shall be pressed and bent into U-shape by forging press, and then galvanized.
Transformer clamp: the same as U-shaped clamp.

Before assembling the welding plate, in order to better determine the direction of the collet, it is recommended to fix the collet before welding. The lower half of the collet is a collet embedded with the pipe, and the collet is placed where the pipe needs to be fixed. Then put on the other half of the pipe clamp body and the cover plate and tighten it with screws. Do not directly weld the base plate with aluminum alloy pipe clamp installed.
When installing the ground guide rail, the guide rail can be welded on the foundation or fixed with screws, then push the guide rail nut into the rail, rotate 90 degrees, insert the lower half of the pipe clamp body into the nut, fix the pipe to be fixed, and then fix the upper half of the pipe clamp body and the cover plate with screws.
For lamination assembly, the guide rail can be welded on the foundation or fixed with screws. First install the upper and lower half of the pipe clamp body, and then install the upper half of the pipe clamp body after the pipe clamp body is fixed. Fix it with screws and prevent it from rotating through the anti loosening cover. The installation method of the second pipe clamp is the same as above.
