We all know that pipe clamps have the characteristics of density, bending strength, impact toughness, compressive strength, elastic modulus, tensile strength, temperature resistance and color. They are mainly used in the following ranges:
Light pipe clamps are used for ordinary mechanical pressure pipes of 6 size series, with an outer diameter of 6-57mm.
Double pipe clamps are used for mechanical pressure pipes of 5 size series, with an outer diameter of 6-42mm.
The heavy pipe clamp is used for high mechanical pressure pipes of 8 size series, with an outer diameter of 8-273mm.

Before assembly on the welding plate, in order to better determine the direction of the clamp, it is recommended to mark the fixed position first, then weld, insert the lower half of the pipe clamp body, and place the pipe to be fixed. Then put on the other half of the pipe clamp body and the cover plate and tighten it with screws. Do not directly weld the bottom plate with pipe clamp installed.
Install the guide rail on the ground. The guide rail can be welded on the foundation or fixed with screws. Then push the guide rail nut into the rail and turn it 90 degrees. Insert the lower half of the pipe clamp body into the nut, put the pipe to be fixed, and then put the upper half of the pipe clamp body and cover plate, which are fixed with screws.
For stacking assembly, the guide rail can be welded on the foundation or fixed with screws. First install the upper and lower half of the pipe clamp body, put the pipe to be fixed, and then put the upper half of the pipe clamp body, fixed with screws, and prevent it from rotating through the anti loosening cover plate. Then install the two pipe clamps in the same way as above.
For the assembly of elbow, when assembling the elbow, it shall be directly fixed with pipe clamps at the front and rear of the elbow. It is recommended that such support points should be fixed.
