1. Application scope of light pipe clamp
The light series pipe clamp is suitable for ordinary mechanical pressure pipes of 6 specifications, with a pipe diameter of 6-57mm.
Double series pipe clamps are applicable to 5 sizes of mechanical pressure pipes with pipe diameter of 6-42mm.
The heavy pipe clamp is suitable for 8 sizes of high mechanical pressure pipes with an outer diameter of 8-273mm.

2. Material characteristics of light pipe clamp
Density, bending strength, impact toughness, compressive strength, elastic modulus, tensile strength, temperature resistance and color.
3. Installation procedure of light pipe clamp
Before assembly on the welding plate, in order to better determine the direction of the light pipe clamp, it is recommended to mark the fixing position, weld, insert the lower half of the pipe clamp body, and place the pipe to be fixed. Place the other half of the pipe clamp body and the cover plate and tighten them with screws. Do not weld the base plate directly after installing the pipe clamp.
On the installation guide rail, the guide rail can be welded on the foundation or fixed with screws, then push the guide rail nut into the guide rail and rotate it by 90 degrees, insert the lower half pipe clamp body into the nut, thread the pipe to be fixed, and thread the upper half pipe clamp body and cover plate with screws.
